Ambassador Zoo To You Program and 2013 Volunteers
Become a Volunteer at Tiger Safari Zoological Park/Ambassador for our Zoo To Program
Volunteers play an important role at the zoo. They educate the public about wildlife, direct visitors, assist with special events and help maintain our beautiful landscape. Whatever your interest, Tiger Safari Zoo has an exciting volunteer opportunity for you! Make a difference and help connect people to nature at Tiger Safari Zoo.
The first step is to fill out the online volunteer application and then attend a Volunteer Information Session. At the Volunteer Information Sessions, you will learn about the zoo?s volunteer program, including the details of volunteer requirements, commitment and the training schedule. You will have a chance to learn about all of the volunteer positions, ask questions, talk to staff and sign up for a volunteer interview.
Volunteer Information Session dates:

10:30?11:30 a.m.
Sunday Jan20
12noon -2pm

If youre looking forward to the upcoming Cameron Crowe film We Bought A Zoo, you may have the opportunity to see it nearly a month before it makes its official debut in theaters. Select theaters are set to show the movie later this month.
We Bought a Zoo stars Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Elle Fanning and Thomas Haden Church, and follows a single dad who decides to get a new start for his family by buying a zoo and moving the whole family there with the intention of restoring it. Based on the trailer and the description, it looks like a great movie for the whole family, which is why an early release around this time of year seems fitting.

Tiger Safari has the biggest cages for big cats in the state of Oklahoma! We now have over 100 animals and growing. Tiger Safari is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM to 5PM! Come out and visit.
